Service & Service Contracts
If your instrument does require service, contact us to arrange an on-site visit. Service contracts are available for all of our peptide synthesizers. Several options are available for service contracts including full, limited, and preventive maintenance contracts. For customers with service contracts or under warranty and circumstances permitting, our goal is to be implementing repairs within three business days of your call. Contact us for more information.
